Under our 30-day return policy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.

As mentioned above, the item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method.
